"And they went out and proclaimed the good news everywhere." Mark 16:20a
Mission is the heartbeat of the church and evangelism is the heart of mission. Of the four goals that guide the work of Global Ministries, "To make disciples of Jesus Christ" and "Strengthen, develop and renew Christian congregations and communities" are the first two.
Global Ministries encourages and equips individuals and congregations to share the good news with all creation. From Kansas to Poland, Senegal to Cambodia, Chile to Maine, the connection remains strong as the church grows and responds to God's mission. With a variety of resources, church partnerships span oceans and continents supporting each other in their faithful witness to God's goodness and love.
As we "go into all the world", Global Ministries forges the connections between United Methodists in the heart of mission.
